Pre-Purchase / Condition and Value / Appraisal This type of marine survey is
the most extensive type available. The marine surveyor performs a thorough inspection of all internal
and external components of the vessel . Pre-Purchase Marine Survey includes engine oil analysis, engine compression,
sea trial, and bottom inspection for no additional charge. The purpose of this survey is to make sure that you are buying
a vessel that is sea worthy, properly valued, and reveals any hidden damages . A detailed report is prepared within
24 hours inclusive of deficiencies, recommendations and fair market value. We utilize an 18 point inspection process, copied
by other Florida marine surveyors and boat surveyors worldwide.

Insurance Survey

insurance, and accident issues. We are licensed to perform accident and fraud investigations and can make
court appearances serving as an expert witness. Inspection of Repairs / New Construction / Refit Florida marine surveyors are often engaged to oversee repairs of new construction and
vessel refits . The boat surveyor will make sure standards set by the American Boat and Yacht Council and U.S. Coast Guard

Thermal
Imaging is available. However, in most cases, Thermal Imaging is not necessary and this service will add considerable
